I’m so excited to finally have an efficient way to regulate the temperature of my brews. Before I received the Stasis, I was using my wall unit AC to chill the room I like to call “The Brewery” down to around 65º all day everyday. As you can imagine, my electric bill is a bit out of control. I’m excited to be able to brew lagers in the LA summer heat…110º I’m ready for you! After all, the perfect time to drink a lager is in the summer so it just seems wrong to not be able to make them in the summer!
