In Washington I borrow 90% of the equipment I use (shout out to my awesome neighbors who happened to have a decent set up before we even met) the one thing we didn’t have access to was a mill and of course I didn’t request my malt to be milled when I ordered it. Fortunately, my local Bremerton homebrew store, Olympic Brewing Supply, was open for curbside pickup and had this Evil Twin 2-roller mill available. It was a little over $100 but seems to work just as well as my 2-roller Monster Mill. The one thing I prefer on this one is that there’s a numerical gauge on the side that you adjust the rollers so you can set them evenly and keep it consistent (good bye credit card width mill setting, hello millimeters!)
